This high quality fully air conditioned Town home on a 4 diamond GFO accredited resort Offers you 4 good sized bedrooms.
There are two double ensuite bedrooms, and two twin rooms, that share a family bathroom.
Both master bedrooms and the lounge have "cable" TV offering a wide variety of channels to suit the whole family. The lounge also has a DVD/CD player.
For the younger visitors, we have provided a crib (Play yard) and high chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A laundry with washing machine and tumble drier is located on the first floor.

The home has everything you need for a great self catering vacation.
The "King" master upstairs has walk in closets
The "Queen" master downstairs is ensuite and is a great room for mobile handicapped or elderly persons.
Ceiling fans help keep the home very comfortable even in the height of summer.
The resort has a great pool complex with lazy river, slide, hot tub, kids pool and kids play area. There are some very nice lazing areas for the serious "tanners".
There is a fitness center and, on site "beauty salon" (extra charge for this). The club house has good food and, sports TV.
All the major attractions in the Orlando area are reached within 40 minutes (maximum) and the coast is an hour away.
As you would expect, shopping abounds in the area. Some great places to eat are a short drive so, you have everything you need and good road access.
$100 - $170 per nite depending on season

Rates are available on request. We like to quote for your vacation and not post misleading rates that are then varied.
We do charge a 3% credit card fee if you chose to pay this way.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. The Applicant must notify the owner of additions or alterations to the booking form in advance. Applicants cancelling a booking up to 8 weeks before departure will lose their deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 8 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking. If circumstances beyond the Owner's control should make the rental home unavailable, then the customer will be advised as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or a refund of monies paid, unless the change/cancellation arises from reasons of Force Majeure.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you have departed. If the property is booked for 6 nights or less, the a cleaning charge of £50.00 (or $85) will be payable.
