Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations will incur a $50 fee and a $20 fee is applied for reservation changes. The following rules apply to cancellations: * A cancellation greater than four weeks in advance: refund of your deposit less the $50 fee. * A cancellation less than four weeks in advance but greater than one week in advance: o If the dates are rented at the same rate - Refund of all monies paid, less the $50 fee. o If the dates are rented at a discounted rate – Refund of all monies paid, less the discount amount and $50 fee.
