Just east of the 30A turnoff on hwy. 98 and at the far "West End" of Panama City Beach is a bridge crossing Lake Powell. While on that bridge if you look to the gulf you will see a finger of land that holds a state owned bird sanctuary and Pinnacle Port. We may be accessed through gated entry and are set back 1/4 mile.
We offer both the gulf and Lake Powell. There is a ramp to the lake for boaters. Children always find the small pier on the lake for brackish water fishing and crabbing (the downstairs balcony of the 3 bedroom overlooks this pier). If tennis is your idea of a vacation we have 4 lighted courts that are free to use.
We make the unique offering of both an outdoor pool which is very near the 2 bedroom and indoor/outdoor pool. The shallow end is always shaded and great for children that you want to keep out of the sun or have already had to much but want to be in the water.

200.00 refundable deposit due within 5 days of phone booking
Departure cleaning and fees are included in posted rate.
Reservations & Cancellation Policies
After receiving 200.00 deposit a contract will be sent.
The contract will have a specified date which will be 2 weeks before the date of arrival by which time payment in full is expected.
After receiving payment an envelope will be sent with an entry request, mapping, unit keys, and FYI info.
Any cancellation after the 21 day, before the contracted day of arrival, will cause loss of deposit.
Refundable cancellations after arrival are limited to weather related forced evacuations in the specific location of Pinnacle Port by PCB authorities.
