Two nights minimum rental policy. These rates are valid thru May 31st. Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Day etc.) rates are 33% higher. Taxes are 11.5%; there is a $105 cleaning fee (which is separate from the $300 security deposit) and a $15 booking fee.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
A fully refundable deposit of $300 is needed to make the reservation. Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival, 20% of total booking is taken at the time of booking. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival than 100% of the reservation total is due at time of booking.
