Rabbit Ridge is a new cottage that sits at an altitude of 3,745 feet and has a commanding 180 degree view of valeys and hills, pastures, barns, and quaint country churches. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large deck with a hot tub, full service kitchen, and all linens are provided. Rabbit Ridge is decorated in all new furniture from the Hickory Furniture Market and offers quality in all areas. There are hardwood floors on all the floors downstairs and the upstairs bedroom is carpeted with an adjoining bath with whirlpool and skylight.The house is private but near Banner Elk, NC and all ski slopes. Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
We only hold this house with a 50% deposit. If cancellation is within 30 days, we will try to re-ent the house and if successful, then all money will be returned except a $50 fee. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival date are refundable only if the house is rented by someone else.

General Rental Information
|
We will send you a contract for your rental. We take Visa and MC, we collect taxes on all rentals, and there is a $50 cleaning fee for all rentals 2 weeks or less. Greter than 2 weeks rentals require a cleaning fee of $65.
