Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policy
To secure your reservation, you will need to send in a deposit. This will range from about $300 – $500.00. The total amount of the rental price is due 60 days before the arrival date for fall, winter, and spring bookings, and 90 days before the arrival date for summer bookings. If you cancel your reservation before the deposit is received, you will have no obligation. After the rental payment has been received and the booking is canceled, there will always be a $20.00 cancellation fee. As per California state law, the unit will then be placed back on the vacation rental market. If the unit is re-booked before the arrival date, you will only be responsible for the difference between your price and the new rental price, if the new rental price is lower. If the substitute rental price is higher, you will have no rental fee obligation. Your initial deposit funds will be returned less the $20 cancellation fee).
