It is in a fantastic location, just one block away from the private beach and 3-5 minute walk to Parlee Beach (Shediac, N.B). Very clean 2 bedroom cottage The cottage is fully furnished with a full kitchen. To the back the property has a wonderful patio and a good-sized lawn with trees for shade in the summer.

The cottage has pots/pans/dishes,coffee maker, microwave, gas BBQ, TV, VCR, cable, telephone, towels & linens, patio furniture, beach chairs. However, the best facility is the area itself. The swimming is great, either from the beach or off the Pointe du Chene Wharf. Parlee Beach is a child’s dream come true with long stretches of warm, flat, golden sands and shallow waters to keep everyone safe. The seafood is wonderful and the people friendly and welcoming.
Pointe du Chene is the superb location for a restful vacation by the beach during the spring, summer or fall. The world-famous Parlee Beach is a brief 3-5 minute walk in one direction while the equally famous Pointe du Chene Wharf is a five minutes walk in the other direction. The owner’s favourite local amenities include 'Capt. Dan’s Restaurant & Bar' on Pointe du Chene Wharf, and 'The Green House on Main Street' for fantastic local produce cooked to perfection.
I should also mention this wonderful bakeshop 'Greenoes Bakery' for the best bread and baking anywhere in the world that is located one block over from our cottage. Everything is yummy and very, very reasonable priced.
Moncton is a 20 minute drive and PEI via Confederation Bridge is just 45 minutes away.
There are boat tours, fishing, bike trails, golfing, churches, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

The cost is $700 /week for family. No overnight guests. From Sunday until the next Sunday. To reserve your time slot, we require a 50% deposit (cash or cheque). When I receive this deposit, I will book the week for you. If you make a reservation and you decide to cancel your booking, if I get a chance to book again for the dates reserved, I will return your deposit in full.
