Lark cottage is in the rear, has its own yard, picket fence, parking, slider from kitchen to deck with outdoor table & chairs, grill. Larger bedroom has 2 pretty maple 4-post single beds, bureau and closet. Smaller bedroom has a double bed, bureau, shaker pegs. Living room with TV, VCR, radio, tape player, books and kitchen has table & chairs for 4, cabinets, appliances and basic eating & cooking supplies. Indoors bathroom with tub/shower and also outside enclosed H&C shower. Maximum 4 persons. No pets. Smoking OK but only outdoors.
