Our property borders on the National Forestry land with hiking trails that lead up to the 2nd most powerful vortex in Sedona.

Kitchen includes: Full Refrigerator, stove/oven range, microwave, blender, toaster, garbade disposal, dish washer, air conditioning/heat, all linens, kitchenware and full laundry facilities, CD/Stereo, TV/VCR with cable.
Awe-Inspiring views, Private deck with gas grill, cathedral ceilings, romantic gas fireplace, country kitchen with breakfast bar with extra seating, spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 private baths on seperate sides of the house, laundry facilities, 1 car Garage and private driveway. Beyond Heaven is 1300 square feet and sleeps 6-8 comfortably with a pull-out sofa bed and a futon that can be stowed away at night.

All rates include everything and there are no extra charges.
A 50% deposit is required for reservations and the remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Once the deposit is received a confirmation along with a brochure and directions will be mailed out. A 30 day notice is required to receive a full refund.

Check In Time varies depending on when the guests check-out. It takes about 2 hours for cleaning so it is possible that the cottage can be ready anytime from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Please call first to verify an approximate time when the cottage will be ready.
