Fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave,fridge freeze with constant ice making machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as many other electrical appliances.
Set in a semi rural area our home comes complete with cable TV, VCR, stereo, air conditioning and ceiling fans and a hot tub on the privacy screened back patio.
If you don't include Disney there are many other attractions close by, including Sea World and Universal Studiios,as well as excellent golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches of coasts which take only about an hour to drive to. Rental rates are inexpensive because there is a community swimming pool on site as well as a tennis court, club house and childrens play area.

Our rates are based on a low, mid and high season with Christmas, Easter, July and August being high season whilst April, May, and October are mid season.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

A deposit is required at the time of booking with full payment required eight weeks before departure. At that time a security deposit (refundable) will be asked for to cover any damages.
