Fully equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath Villa located in a peaceful seaside resort. The resort is just across a two lane road from the ocean and located in a family friendly still unspoiled beach community just an hour from Orlando. Everything needed for a beach vacation is provided - a fully equipped kitchen, all linens including beach size towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, kids beach toys, beach radio coolers and more. Hair dryers, make up mirror, iron and ironing board provided. The one level villa allows parking practically at your doorstep. A full size living area, separate dining area, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are included as well as a lovely atrium with tropical foliage. Adjusted rates are available for stays of three nights or less.

2 Bedrooms, 2 separate full bathrooms with shower in tub (one has hand held shower sprayer), full size kitchen, living and dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen including full size 4-burner stove, referigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cookware, spices, dishes, storageware, utensils, and more. Full size washer and dryer in unit. All linens, including beach size towels are provided. Two televisions with cable, two telephones (one with answering machine), a DVD player and a VCR are provided. Tennis racquets. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling transport cart, boogie boards and toys. Even indoor toys, games and books and magazines!
The beautiful wooded/landscaped resort includes three swimming pools (one heated in chilly months), tennis courts, fitness center with sauna and wooded walking trails. The resort is residence to a mixture of full time residents and vacationing guests. A grocery store, video rental store and ice cream shop are located next to the resort within easy walking distance.
The beach across from the resort is in the "no drive" zone which is especially nice for sunbathing, beach-combing and families with children. The city of New Smyrna, while retaining that "small beach town feel", offers many nice restaurants. Orlando is just an hour drive away, Daytona Beach is about 30 minutes away, St. Augustine (oldest city in the US) or Cape Canaveral are both within a hour to an hour and a half drive. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (second tallest in the US) is short drive near Daytona.
