Welcome to an affordable, extremely well cared for condominium nestled within a beautiful thirty six acre oceanfront resort. Our condo is comfortable, clean and welcoming, and our desire is to have a select group of vacationers enjoy returning again and again to a special home away from home.
The summer of 2003 brings new updates to our already appealing Five Seasons #6202. The fully equipped kitchen, foyer, hall and full bathroom have just received new ceramic tile that our designer has selected. We decided guests would enjoy a second television which has been mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. Our designer also selected a new seashell bedspread, coordinating valances, and several other decorative touches.

The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. A full sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils are at your fingertips. Enjoy meals at the long breakfast bar, around the dining table, or while taking in the lovely courtyard views from the balcony (which is why we decided we had to buy this particular condominium)!
Your living room is furnished with a comfortable queen sized floral sofa bed, soft teal chair, color cable television, and a table with four chairs to gather friends and family around. the multiple windows give this room appealing warmth. Access the balcony from either the door off the living room or from the sliding glass door located in your bedroom. Settle down at night on a queen sized bed complete with a brand new mattress set. For your convenience, linens and towels are provided as well.
From your lovely second floor location in the Five Seasons 6000 Centre, look out over your own beautiful swimming pool, whirlpool, putting green and childrens play area set among tropical plants and flowers. A laundry room is close at hand.
Stroll over to the next centre to play an energizing game of tennis on one of the many lighted tennis courts. Wander a little further to find a warm indoor/outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, saunas, arcade games and restrooms with showers.
The word "resort" is truly appropriate. Walk, bike or even drive to your private huge white sandy (over 700 feet) expanse of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a total of six pools (two are indoors), four whirlpools, thres saunas, steam room, exercise room, basketball, shuffleboard and tennis courts, arcade games, childrens play areas, and 24 hour security for peace of mind. In season, enjoy the deli, snack bars and convenience store.
Myrtle Beach offers a tremendous variety of activities including shopping, dining, live theater, and over one hundred golf courses! New attractions include Broadway at the Beach, Fantasy Harbour, the Palace Theatre and Ripley's Aquarium. While being close to absolutely everything, Myrtle Beach Resort is secluded and gated with 24 hour security. Just across the divided highway is a large grocery store, gas station and miniature golf course. Minutes away are world famous restaurants and a vast array of shopping experiences.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

A refundable $100 security deposit is required when making your reservation. This check will immediately be refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any will be immediately refunded. If you cancel your reservation giving more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.
