Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
Cancellations & refunds: A 30 day notice for cancellations for a full refund. 50% refund for 15-30 day notice. If we are able to fill the dates cancelled with a booking, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds given for early departure or cancellation due to weather. Deposits: a $150 deposit will be required but not cashed. In the event of theft or damage to the condo or Summit complex by you or your guests will result in cashing of the deposit money to meet expenses.
