and connecting bathroom with tub & shover. In the living room, a new couch pulls out to a queen size bed,also a new recliner chair TV/VCR telephone and dinette set that seats

If the unit re-rented for equal number of days, deposit will be refunded less $50 fee If unable to re-rent rewserved unit, the deposit cannot be refunded.

General Rental Information

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time
3 PM. Check Out 11AM. We provide departure cleaning for you at a charge of $60. Security Deposit is $200 on all rentals.
Deposit will be returned to you 15 to 30 days after you return the keys and the condo has bee inspected.
