Vacation with style in a new two bedroom, two bath condo on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach next to Destin. Our privately owned condo sleeps 6-8 guests. There are two queen-size beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa.
Our vacation rental overlooks the pool and is a part of the Sunset Cottages Condominium Complex. We are located less than 100 yards from the sugar white sands and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Reserve early for prime vacation weeks.

This is a two-story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. Our fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens are provided and the washer/dryer is located inside the condo.
Condo overlooks resort pool and a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross!
Family activities in the area include Big Kahuna Water Park, Gulfarium, Championship Golf Courses, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, deep-sea fishing, and a variety of nearby restaurants.
2/29 - 5/29 $125/night or $850/week

Add 10% tax to above rates. No cleaning fee charged. During the summer and most of the spring season, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. $200 deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining rental plus $200 damage deposit due 30 days in advance.
