Fully furnished pool homes feature large and small beds, with linens, bath linens, televisions, VCR's, stereos, some DVD players, washing machines and dryers. The fully equipped kitchens contain all major appliances including a dish washer and microwave oven as well as dishes, glassware, silverware and cooking utensils.
Every property managed by Award Vacation Homes has it's own phone number with local calls available at no charge. Every home also has it's own backyard pool set within a screened inclosure. Primary & secondary locks on all doors and a safe are available in every home.
Walt Disney World Resort is located just 8 miles away from our properties. Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure are a mere 18 miles. Many franchise restuarants, shopping plazas and local restuarants are less than 6 miles from your vacation home.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

To confirm a reservation we require a security deposit of $200 and processing fee of $20. The security deposit is refundable 7 business days after departure barring no damages or missing items from the home. Rental Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: 31 days or more from arrival, security deposit is refunded less $25 cancellation fee. 15 - 30 days from arrival, security deposit is forfeited. 2 - 14 days from arrival, security deposit is forfeited plus two nights rental. 48 hours or less from arrival, forfeit rental payment, security deposit is refunded. Processing Fee is non-refundable.

General Rental Information

Homes are self catering. Guest is responsible for maintaing the condition of the home during their stay. Once occupied by guest no member of the management company will enter the home without guest authorization. Management company is available 7 days a week.
