The new home is fully furnished and equipped to handle 3 couples or any combination of a family of 6 (two kings and two singles). The home offers its own private pool, a BBQ and a very large front yard on a relatively private beach. It is fully furnished, nicely appointed and all the amenities of a new home on the beach. The casa will be equipped with a stereo and a satellite TV.

·The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
·The home comes with two split air conditioning units one for the master bedroom and the other in the living room.
·All bedroom are supplied with over head fans
·All exterior terraces are laid with cantera pavers.
·The kitchen comes with a built in gas stove, full size refrigerator, water cooler and a range of household appliances.
·The house has a fully equipped kitchen, patio with a BBQ and entertainment center (stereo, tape and CD player plus and TV in the living room).
The design team has carefully developed the site taking into consideration the natural contours of the surrounding area. An additional variety of palms and vegetation has been re-introduced to provide a beautiful tropical presentation. All the elements of this project have been combined to offer its residents a tranquil natural setting within the confines of this truly unique offering. No expense has been spared to create a first class residential condominium complex. Each home has its own individual floor plan, exterior appearance and pool design. The design team of building and landscape architects combined with the talents of experienced builders and craftsmen have created 19 homes with their own personal features.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Standard Cancellation Policy:
· 365 to 90 days prior to arrival 50% of amount refunded and the balance to be credited to a booking in the future.
· 45 to 89 days prior to arrival, full credit towards a future booking

A 50% deposit is required to secure the condo within 7 days of booking, with the full balance due 30 days prior to your rental check-in date. All funds payable in US dollars. Personal checks (subject to clearance) are acceptable or bank wires (ask us for details).
