Nanea Kai is within walking distance to two beaches acknowledged to be among the best for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. Additional recreational activities available in the Poipu area include scuba diving, kayaking, horseback riding, bicycling, and tennis. Two challenging golf courses, Poipu Bay Golf Course, home of the PGA's Grand Slam of Golf, and Kiahuna Golf Club are within a five-minute drive. The National Tropical Botanical Garden Visitors Center with its beautifully landscaped grounds is right across from Spouting Horn, another island landmark.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

DEPOSIT: A refundable $250 security deposit is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be returned to you within one week of your departure, less any extraordinary cleaning charges or any damages that exceed normal wear.
PAYMENT: Payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, and personal or business checks.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival at Nanea Kai.
All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days results in forfeiture of the full deposit unless we are able to rent the home to another party for the period affected by the cancellation.
