Sleeps 2-6 with king or Queen and full sized beds and is similarly equipped. If our units are booked, we work with other owners in "The Springs" complex and would probably be able to get you booked in a condo comparable to ours. There are also one-bedroom units available for a lower rate. Note: One-bedroom condos have a queen-size or Kings bed, and one full bath.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and about everything else you would need in dishes and culinary ware. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedding is furnished. There are towels and wash cloths in the unit.
A large heated swimming pool, hot tub, and a nice tennis court are at the complex for your use. There is also shuffleboard at the tennis court.Also a nice Club House

Our non-smoking condo rentals are located in Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida. Approximately 15 min to Fort Myers and Bonita beaches and 20 min to Fort Myers RSW airport. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are about 30 minutes away. There are a number of golf courses in the area.
