Snorkeling, swimming, fishing, SCUBA, sun-bathing, Relaxing in the porch hammock, playing videos, music, reading, games, renting a rowboat or charter boat for the day, golfing in Rock Sound; sightseeing at Harbour island, Spanish Wells, Glass Window, Gregory Town, Governors Harbour, and Tarpum Bay. Diving the Great Exuma Wall at the Island School to the south. Shopping/restaurants are about 10 minutes away.

Rates quoted for 2 guests. Add $15/pp/night for extra guests, up to 6 maximum. Refundable Security fee and one-time cleaning fee of $50 for all stays less. Short stays or weekday arrival bookings within 60 days of arrival only. Car rental discount available for guests.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

RENT PERIOD is generally from Sat-Sat unless booking within 60 days of arrival. Minimum stay 3 nights. Payment accepted as check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card thru PayPal. Full payment due with Application, although half of total may be paid by post-dated check. No refunds after 60 days prior to arrival unless villa can be rebooked.
