Casa de Cozumel- "House of Swallows"Located directly on the shore of Clear Lake with fabulous views of the lake, Mt. Konocti and the distant vineyards. It has three bedrooms and two tiled baths with additional sleeping areas in the living room and family room and outside covered patio. The house can sleep up to 10 -14 people with the use of hide away beds and futons.The living room has a piano, sound system, color TV and VCR.We have a private boat dock which accommodates up to a 20ft boat side-tied.The formal dining room, complete with fireplace, accommodates 10 persons.There is large family room with tile floor, fireplace, pool table, wetbar & second fridge. This room also has a queen futon and room for additional futons and rollaway.There is an additional semi private bedroom on the lower level with a double bed,tropical garden and fountain. There is a sundeck equipped with a spa,patio furniture and chimenea.
