$300 Security Deposit and 1/2 Rental rate at time of reservation. Other 1/2 rental not due until 30 days prior to arrival. (A 4 page welcome packet is sent out with confirmation. An 'Island Greeter' will personally help you with all your travel plans to the island and be there waiting for you to take you to the house on the golf cart.
