Reservations & Cancellation Policies

all rent paid is subject to 9% Florida tax. Rent must be paid in full in advance of checking in.
a $200 security deposit is required to hold reservation. This deposit will be refunded, less any damage, excessive cleaning, pay-per-view and/or other outstanding costs, no later than 30 days after checking out.
Cancellation: The security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless cancellation is made over 90 days in advance of reservation date OR the property is re-rented under the same terms. Cancellations must be in writing.
the rental agreement must be signed and mailed with the deposit money WITHIN 1 WEEK to hold .
