A long, winding dirt drive less than a mile from the center of Orleans, leads you to our rambling wooden saltbox, hand built with love and care by the Boas family and lived in by that family for over 15 years. You enter the house via a stone pathway. Knotty pine walls and floors, huge skylights, wooden beams, cathedral ceilings and friendly feelings await you within.

Warm wooden, handbuilt house with large skylights, stone fireplace. Piano, ping-pong table, screened porch and outside deck overlooking extensive lawn surrounded by woods.
Less than a mile to Skaket Beach (bay beach - great for kids), less than a mile to Orleans town center with access to stores, restaurants, antique/craft shops. Tennis, golf, recreation facilities nearby.
Off-season 3day/2night weekends - $650, extra days $150/day

We rent Saturday to Saturday in-season but are flexible with starting dates off-season. Pets welcome off-season only. Slightly higher rates for off-season holiday weeks and weekends.
