Our Gulf Terrace condo is located across the street from the Gulf and is within walking distance of the Gulf and many other attractions of the area. Shopping, Golf, Restaurants and all other activities are a 5-15 minute drive. Our complex features 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court and just plain rest and relaxation in our gated complex. The condo has all the amenities such as phone,air,cable tv, vcr,full kitchen,washer,dryer and I could go on. A GREAT FAMILY VACATION COMPLEX CLOSE TO ALL THE ACTIVITIES IN "DESTIN".

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

To secure our condo we need a $200 Deposit and the balance 2 weeks before arrival by credit card. Sorry, we can not refund deposit 60 days or less before arrival.
