Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a fifty percent (50%) deposit. Fifteen percent (15%) deposit immediately becomes non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the rental is due six weeks prior to the date of arrival and the balance then becomes completely non refundable. Deposits are refundable only if notice of cancellation is received prior to the date the deposits become non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
