$250 will hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. A $250 refundable security deposit is also held until your departure inspection. %12 tourist tax and $60 Cleaning fee is added to above.

Reservations can be made via email, phone or fax. $250 is required to hold your dates.
Cancellation fee of $50 if over 30 days.
Under 30 days your deposit is withheld.

We are the owners of two beatiful homes, which sit side by side, (or the larger groups if needed.) Each home is maintained by us, the owners, to our high standards. WE also live nearby to assist your every need.
