Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Deposit: 1/2 rental +$50.00 cleaning/damage deposit, will hold your reservation. Cleaning/damage deposit will be returned within 30 days of checkout, if the premises has been vacated at the agreed time, there are no damages, no evidence of pets, and the house is left in the same condition as when rented.

Pets: Absolutely no dogs, pets, birds or animals shall be kept on the premises.If pet evidence is found, your deposit will not be returned.
Clean-up: Check out, check list will be provided with lease agreement. Deposit will not be refunded if house is not left in the same clean condtion.
