30' floating dock for mooring the boat(s) and if prior arrangements are made with the owners the boat ramp is only three houses down. Recreation room with bar, pool table and dart board. Large back porch with table and chairs to lounge around. Direct access to beautiful spring fed Crystal River which discharges into the Gulf of Mexico. In Kings Bay enjoy freshwater fishing, boating or swimming with the manatees. We have had many guest report wonderful encounters with our gentle giants. In the Gulf of Mexico fish for trout, redfish or grouper. There are plenty of golf courses in the area, enough that you could play a different course each day of the week and still have some left over. We have put together a guide of the many activities available on our Nature Coast to make your stay as relaxing or busy as you want to be. So come on over and stay with us, we would love to have you!

Summer offers a warm area for all types of water sports with the constant cool waters from the springs to keep you comfortable. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico for year round fishing and, when in season, scalloping. Fast becoming an area known for ecotourism with a large number of nature trails, parks and a canoe trail. For the Golfing enthusiasts we have 9
courses enough to keep you busy all week. Lots of shopping for the bargain hunters. Close enough for day trips to Orlando and Tampa for all the major theme parks.
