NOTE: A $200.00 Reservation Deposit in U.S. (personal checks are accepted) is required with reservations, a $400.00 Reservation Deposit is required for rental stays of two weeks or more.

General Rental Information

A $200.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. At least one person being responsbile for damages must be 30 years of age or more. If all persons in party are 25 thru 30 of age then an additional $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required with full payment. Rates are based on a four-person occupancy. All accounts payable in U.S. funds. NO CREDIT CARDS. Personal checks accepted. The Security/Damage Deposit will be returned within 10 days from departure, provided there is no damage to the property on your behalf. No RV's, boats, and/or trailers permitted on the property unless authorized by owner/Dennis Vecchiarello Sr.

Payment in Full is due 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professional cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. DEPOSIT is refundable, less administrative charge of $100.00, provided written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after the time period allowed, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term. This includes not choosing staying at your rented property after you check-in at arrival or any period thereafter.
