Only 90 Minutes from Disney/Sea World, 30 minutes to Busch Gardens, 30 Minutes to Clearwater Beaches. Gulf access by boat in minutes! Fish and boat right from the back yard. Private beach, and golfing is also located in the community.
We live within 5 minutes of the vacation home to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Amenities: Central heating and air, fully equipped kitchen, Living room , family room, ceiling fans, bathrooms-1 with tub and shower, washer & dryer, nice quiet neighborhood. Sleeping accommodations. 1 double bed , 2 twin beds in second bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa.
We supply all linens, towels, beach towels, cooking utensils, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, bowls, casserole dishes, baking supplies, iron and hairdryer.
The home offers central heating and air and is well equipped in typical Floridian style. All furnishings are luxurious and like new. Family room has TV/VCR and stereo system.
Home also has a fenced back yard, seawall and a dock. Home is approximately 1000 sq. ft.
