Enter our home and to the left you are greeted by a cozy living room and a peek into our formal dining room with glass pocket doors that looks out into our screen enclosed, in-ground, solar heated, swimming pool and covered patio. Down the hall is the sunlit family room with a casual dining area (open to pool). To the left, see our kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Our home also includes a master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the pool, master bath with walk in shower and walk-in closets. For extra guests we also have 2 guest bedrooms & a 2nd full bathroom. Our home is ready for your use. We have most everything you might need while on your vacation. Just pack your clothes and head on down. For boaters; parking at our dock will give you access to the Gulf of Mexico (no locks or lifts), great fishing, water skiing and sunset views.

Boating at your own back door dock, with great fishing, shelling, water skiing, & sunsets. Swimming in your own private screen enclosed heated pool. In Cape Coral (known for its many canals as the Venice of Florida) there is boating, canoeing and kayaking. We have nature preserves, a yacht club, a community center with planned activities,free fishing pier, a bathing beach & many local parks. Nearby you will find 5 golf courses, 4 driving ranges, a water park, tennis courts & racquetball. Local boat rentals & marinas, gambling boat excursions, fishing charters, a BMX bicycle park, art studio, & community activities all available to you. Within 1/2 hour there are 3 big league baseball parks (Reds,Twins,Old Timers), World-renowned Sanibe Island, shelling, farmers markets & flea markets, world class theater and entertainment, along with world famous department stores and factory outlet shopping too. We have it all.
