Polecat Pad(bottom floor):
Sleeps 4. Rates include full use of bottom floor which features 1 full private bedroom, 1 full futon sofa in living area, 1 bath with shower stall only (no tub); all towels and linens; complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven and all utensils; laundry facility; large, private deck overlooking lake; access to private boat dock and fishing pier, and much more. Call for monthly rates.
Polecat Palace (middle floor):
Sleeps 6. Rates include full use of middle floor which features 1 full private bedroom, 1 queen private bedroom, twin beds in great room,1 bath with tub/shower; all towels and linens; complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven and all utensils; fireplace with FREE firewood; laundry facility; 2 large, private decks overlooking lake; access to private boat dock and fishing pier. Polecat Place is privately owned and managed by Mark and Libby Gay and offers two separate vacation rentals. The middle floor is called the Polecat Palace and the bottom floor the Polecat Pad. Reservations & Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Forfeit Security Deposit: For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, guest will forfeit full security deposit.
Full rental fees due: For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, guest will pay FULL RENTAL FEES less security deposit. Guest understands that last minute cancellations generally render property vacant that would otherwise have been leased.
