There are numerous golf courses located within 15 minutes of Marco Island. Tennis courts are available onsite in the South Seas Club complex. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of our condo.

All rates are subject to 9% tax and a $50 admin fee.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full less $200.00 service charge, only if you notify us in writing at least 120 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 120 days of your scheduled arrival,you will forfiet all monies paid unless the unit is re-rented. If the unit re-rents you will receive a refund of 80% of the funds recovered.
