Reservations & Cancellation Policies

To secure a reservation, 50% of the base rent is due within 14 days of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
If you should cancel the reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the base rent (unless we can rent the unit for the same dates, at the same rate).

If you check-in before 5:30PM, your keys and parking passes will be available in our office.
If you check-in after 5:30PM, your keys and parking passes will be available in the South (Main) Gatehouse. This gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day/7 days a week and can provide directions to your rental house upon arrival.
