We offer a dock and a 14 foot aluminum fishing boat with this property, 10hp Mercury motor can be added (fee). Water trampoline for our guests use. Pontoon boat rental is available. 24 foot, 11-passenger boat for just $600 week or $150 day. House has a access to the water, the walk is approx. 500 feet from the house to the waters edge. Large playground area with swing set, jungle gym and baby cube. Firepit area. Another chalet is available next door that sleeps 8. Take both chalets to accommodate 20+ guests.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Deposit is required at time of booking. You will have to mail us a check. We will then send you a rental agreement that you will need to sign and return. I then send a confirmation and map. Balance due at time of arrival.

Check out must be by 10am unless we have authorized a late check out.
At your time of arrival we will collect the balance and you will recieve the keys. We will instruct you on how to use any watersports you have rented.
