Reservations & Cancellation Policies

A check for security deposit can hold rental, however a personal check for entire amount must be on deposit a minimum of 10 days before arrival or a cashiers check must be received one day before arrival

General Rental Information
|
Upon a reservation a rental agreement will be faxed to the rental party. It states that there is no glass in pool area, no smoking in unit, no loud noise, No hot pots on solid surface countertops, excessive cleaning costs will be borne by renters. Pets allowed only on individual requests.
