All linens, including beach towels. Air conditioned. Two kitchens completely equipped with full stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, pots & pans, dishes, etc. Rent the whole house, but it is set up like 2 apartments. Washer & dryer, satellite TV, VCR, CD player, Stereo, Gas Barbeque. Outside shower. Great snorkeling right in front of the house, catch lobster & fish for dinner.
Exploring the caves in Hatchet Bay. Visiting Preacher's Cave, the Ocean Hole, Surfer's Beach (take a surfing lesson). Tour the island, a different beach at the end of almost every road. Visit Tarpon Bay, buy fresh fish, lobster & conch from the local fishermen.

Rate is for up to 6 people 12 years of age or older. Additional people at the rate of $100.00 per person, per week. Children under 12 free.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

30% deposit to reserve a week. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit fully refundable with 45 days written notice. Christmas & New Year, 60 days.

General Rental Information

You will be renting the whole house. It is set up almost like two apartments, making it perfect for two couples who want to be together, yet have a little privacy.
