Discover Indian Rocks Beach and enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful gulf side condo. Our spacious condo with partial gulf view is located in a small (six unit), modern building with elevator. The white sand and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. We have a wide open, lovely beach access just 50 steps from our property.
A split floor plan ensures privacy, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin. Our condo is tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need to make this your home away from home. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit, three televisions with VCR's, a DVD player, and, of course, a fully stocked kitchen.
Unlike larger buildings, crowds are never a problem here. Just pull into your reserved parking spot under the building and you are "home." Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted and this is a No Smoking unit.

If you tire of sunbathing, fishing, shelling and walking our beautiful beach, hop in your car, or on the Suncoast Trolley, and a wide variety of activities are only minutes away...Pinellas Trail(blading,biking),water sports, deep sea fishing trips, miniature golf, golf courses, John's Pass, Tropicana Field (25 min.), Busch Gardens (40 min.), Disney (90 min.), spring training home to NY Yankees & Philadelphia Phillies.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars only. Rates do not include any applicable taxes. Holiday rates are higher and are subject to a minimum stay. All rates are subject to change at any time. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted with Management approval only. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, check-in is at 3pm or later and check-out is at 11am or earlier.
Terms:
- All suites are non-smoking only. Sorry no pets.
- Cancellation Policy: January, February, March and April require cancellation 30 days prior to check-in to assure full refund. Deposit, with cancellation less than 30 days, will be forfeited unless room is re-rented for the full time period.
- All other dates require 7-30 days cancellation prior to check-in depending on reservation date. You will be given the current cancellation policy upon your reservation confirmation.
