A typical apartment includes full kitchen with microwave, cable TV, all linens and towels.
This is a second floor apartment suitable for two. Outside stairs [see photo]
All connections to Vineyard beaches and entertainment are minutes away. Regular scheduled bus runs to within 1/2 mile of property into the evening. Lots of activities on the Vineyard include boat rentals, beach tours, flying tours, and horse stables close by.
Spring rental May is $895.00 Summer rental is $1200.00 week for June,July,Sept,Oct. August is $1300.00 week. For late season rates please call or E Mail for availability.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Deposit of 1/2 rental fee is required to hold reservation. No refunds or sublets allowed on cancllations. A security of $350.00 will be required with payment in full six weeks before rental date.
