We live in Maui, at our condo, four months a year; we love it! For our use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped. Because of our occupancy, you should and can expect the same.
In the photo above, ours is the sixth unit from the visible end of the building, a very quiet, private location. Two championship tennis courts are just a few steps from the front door. The pool is just steps from the lanai. There are two, always clean, gas BBQs (photo right) 25 feet from our front door.

We can walk to the local super market, stores, restaurants, and movie theatre. Our condo is only two miles from the upscale Wailea tourist area, and there are five championship golf courses within a 4 mile radius.
$70.00 a night plus 11.42% tax - April 15 to December 15

10% Rental concession for stays of 3 weeks.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
A $200 depisit is required to reserve our condo. We refund the deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation service charge, if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Full rental payment, less the deposit, is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
