You will have use of Sunset Drive Community Association Recreation Center across the street. This excellent facility includes a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If cancellation of booking occurs more than six months prior to scheduled arrival, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs between six months and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival a 50% refund will be issued, unless we are able to rebook the house for the period or a portion of the period. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued, unless we are able to rebook. To protect against cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as illness, we recommend that
guests purchase trip cancellation insurance from a private carrier. Golf bought in advance is not refundable after final payment.
