A $300.00 Security/Cleaning deposit must be received to assure your time slot. This deposit is fully refundable minus any abnormal cleaning or damage charges. Until this deposit is received active rental activity will continue. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within one working week. An additional $95.00 per stay is required to cover the Laundry and Cleaning service we employ. The key, directions to the home, and instructions to unlock the hot tub will be sent when the full rental balance is received.
Full rental balance is due 30 days prior to rental date.
The home is a no smoking area! If it is determined that smoking of any type has occurred, there is a full forfeiture of the security deposit.
