The master suite features a massive sleigh bed with a distinctly asian decor. The bamboo pattern in the duvet cover, shams and pillows is accented by the fen shui lamp, bamboo beveled glass mirror and framed bamboo artwork. The night stand and dresser are inlaid with rattan. A 27" T.V. with remote is discretely hidden behind large mirrored glass sliding doors. Air conditioning with remote controller is available for those occasional hot muggy days.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Deposits
We need to receive one half the total due within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.
Taxes
In addition to room rates, taxes are due on all accommodations in the State of Hawaii. They amount to 11.42%, a combination of occupancy tax and a general excise tax.

Cleaning Schedule
Villas are cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure. Weekly cleaning is provided on stays longer than 7 nights. Mid-week or daily maid service is available for an additional fee. Call us on our toll free line at 866-949-2426 for pricing.
Cleaning/Security Fees
Villas have the following out cleaning fees: Studios-$75; One Bedroom-$95; Two Bedrooms-$115 and Three Bedroom-$135. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.
