The Beach is located 100 yards, Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and award winning restaurants.

This spacious house is available from $2800-$5000 per week in season. We ask for a $2000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security. Cancellation is subject to the terms of the Short Term Lease. A 10% fee will be withheld on all refunds/deposits.
After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing credit cards. No refunds after April 1.

General Rental Information

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.

Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. (The way the house was when you arrived) Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit.
