This spacious house is available from $3000-$7000 per week. We ask for a $2000.00 security deposit which will be promtly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies
|
The lease will only be in one persons name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing." We are willing to consider two families.
Refund policy: If you will not be able to make your stay, we require no less than 6 months notification. Cancellation is subject to the terms of the Short Term Lease. No refunds after Arpil 1. A 10% fee will be withheld on all refunds/deposits.

General Rental Information

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing).
