Contemporary home, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, private forest setting. Located in the northwest corner of Sunriver, only minutes from the river and across the street from Deschutes National Forest. It's a contemporary home with vaulted ceilings, skylights and many windows giving it an open airy feel. The master bedroom is quite spacious with a queen size bed and its own deck. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a full bed and there is a futon couch downstairs in front of the wood stove. Our backyard is filled with many trees that block the street which provides a great hangout place with privacy. There is a woodstove in the living room and a hot tub on the back deck which is quite private. Our kitchen is well supplied with all the basics for meals and cooking. Beds: 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins

Our house is equipped with a stereo, CD player (stocked with jazz, classical and light rock), TV, VCR and a great selection of nonfiction and fiction books. We are also well stocked with puzzles, board games, family games, Legos, play mobiles and duplos. We keep 5 bikes for renters to use (3 adults, 2 children). Our house is furnished with towels, linens and such amenities as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, napkins, etc. Woodstove, hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cable TV, VCR, stereo, CD player.
