Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Deposits, Cancellations: Deposit of 1 nights stay per room, applied to last night of stay. If cancellation is required a service fee of $25.00 per room will be incurred. Plus - if cancellation is made in less
than three weeks there is a charge of 1/2 of the total room charge; if made in 14 days or less - the full room(s) reservation will be charged, unless we
have been able to rerent the room(s) for the entire period of your reservation.

in the event of illness,emergency, inclement weather or any other

General Rental Information

If renting the house as a vacation rental (you do the cooking and cleaning, etc.) the rate is $4,000. per week, plus $1000. damage deposit plus 7% Maine Sales Tax.
50% and damage deposit due upon signing of lease
balance due prior to arrival.

Check in after 6 P.M. can be accommodated upon arrangements. Check out at 11 A.M. (from your bedroom) is required to give us time to clean and make up the room for the next arrival-however, please feel free to stay on the sun porch or on the property as long as you please.
