The two cottages are identical in layout and size. Each one has a patio which invites outdoor dining and access to a pool for those who prefer lounging in chaise. The cottages
offer one bedroom with a king or queen size bed and ceiling fan, living room with cable television/ VCR, telephone, and a queen size sleep sofa or futon. A full bath and kitchen with a microwave are available, and both have wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tile throughout. Also provided are outdoor furniture, gas or charcoal barbecue grills, outside shower, and two-car parking. One has a large shed for bikes and sporting equipment, and heat is available in both.
Dolphin Cay I has a storage shed,and rear patio, and roses along the fence, as well as a king size bed and colonial decor. Dolphin Cay II is on a corner lot with a landscaped, fenced yard and a patio for entertaining off the bedroom. This cottage offers a queen size bed and contemporary theme.
Sea Street beach is a warm, sandy, ocean beach, perfect for swimming and fishing. The area is safe and friendly with lots of foot traffic and good neighbors. The streets are frequented by runners, bikers, and even rollerbladers. There are a number of beaches nearby, and at night, there are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance, both upscale and family style.

Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be made by phone or e-mail. Deposit of one half is required, and the remainder due upon arrival.
Cancellation penalty of $50, if the unit can be re-rented for same price.
