Reservations & Cancellation Policies

RESTRICTIONS / FEES / LIABILITY:
Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rent is due to confirm your reservation (within 7 days). Final payment is due 30 days before your move-in date along with a refundable $500 security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations in the high season must be made at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival. If canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be forfeited. If we find an alterntive renter, we’ll offer you an alternative week at some mutually convenient date in the future. Off-season cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance of your arrival date.
